Banner Request Application
Banners across streets and alleys shall be permitted to promote community events such as events sponsored by the Chamber of Commerce, Historical Society, Veterans Organizations, charitable organizations, educational, civic or service organizations only.
Letter of Approval by PPL and Insurance Certificate must be presented with Banner Application.
For PPL pole approval please go to web page http://katapultwebservices.com/ppl/poleattachmentservices/ and start an account and then an application must be done on line. (for futher information follow instructions)
The request must be completed and submitted to the Hawley Borough Council at least sixty (60) days prior to the desired date of hanging the banner for approval.
If you wish to apply for a banner, kindly download our Banner Request Application, and return it to the Hawley Borough with all additional documents.
